Send Minecraft console messages to a discord channel!Internal changes, bug fixes and a few new features
- Made it so when the bot token or the channel id config options aren't set when an opped player joins it tells them what they should do to make DiscordConsole work
- Fixed an issue with the Discord WebSocket not reconnecting
- Made the websocket heartbeat timer stop running when an error was encountered
- Added a connection resuming feature (More info)
