FloodGate and bot messages
Change Notes:
- Users that have the plugin FloodGate installed can now whitelist xbox players using their xbox username, you'll need to change the config option "floodgateInstalled" from false to true. Plugin will now detect it automatically though that is a future feature
- Messages will now deliver silently to users as not to spam text channels
- Fixed issues with aysnc, plugin will now work with Paper and hopefully all spigot supported server. Have not checked to be warned
