There's been more breaking Spigot NMS changings so this is basically the same conceptual update as last time done over again: compat with the latest NMS change. A few other patches and minor features are included as well. Explanation from prior update included below:

The main change to this build is compatibility with 1.13.2 latest Spigot release: The newer releases of Spigot 1.13.2 changed the NMS mappings, causing the previous Denizen release to break on newer 1.13.2 (even though it works fine on slightly older copies of Spigot 1.13.2).
When you download this build, if you are on Minecraft 1.13.2, please ensure you've updated your Spigot build to latest (or the latest build of whichever Spigot fork you may use).
If you're on an older Minecraft version (such as 1.12.2, or any others), you don't need to do anything with Spigot, and this build will work fine as usual.
