Should your server be frozen, this plugin will automatically restart itAdd another way to detect frozen Servers, and another way to gracefully shut them down.
There have been some major changes with this version. The short version is that I have added another way to detect when the Server freezes and another way to restart the server (without needing to kill it outright at first). I also added more Config options.
I highly recommend, that you grab the new config files (or let then generate via renaming the old ones).
