Added additional config toggles
This update adds back a few features which were not included in the initial 3.0 rewrite which were available prior.

Update Features:
  • Added auto_claim option in the config.yml also a 'dailybonus.auto.claim' permission was added which is required to be eligible for auto claim.
  • Added open_on_join option in the config.yml
  • Added open_if_online option in the config.yml
