Initial 1.14 support
This update adds support for Spigot 1.14 and also fixes includes the automatic material conversion for some materials utilizing their data values. This means that the "STAINED_GLASS_PANE;1;%coloured_glass%" for the menu will now work as expected even on the latest versions. It has been tested rather limitedly so proceed with caution.
