DailyBonus Updates:

• Command system slightly refactored so it's clearer which permission the player is missing (also includes some updated messages)
• Updated placeholders to utilize new format system
• Added locale option to the config.yml
• Added default Polish locale (pl.txt) thanks to _Eurox_#4295 from our Discord server

CS-API Updates:

• Added placeholder formatters allowing for placeholders to be dynamically formatted into a readable value.
• Fixed MVdWPlaceholders not being registered, you should see them all hook in on load now (including formatted versions).
• Minor command logic changes
• Added permission replacer
