CustomTime 2.1
- Built for version 1.17.1
- Added a "/ct restart" command, that will hopefully help if time gets stuck for some reason.
- Added a "/ct help" command to show different command usage.
- Fixed how CustomTime tries to skip night when players are sleeping
- Skipping night also changes the weather to clear
- CustomTime now follows the "playersSleepingPercentage" gamerule when skipping the night
