Commands and Permissions added:
- /ci give <item> [player] (Give an player one of your made items)
- /ci resourcepack load <link> (Apply an resourcepack with download link)
- /ci resourcepack unload (Remove the existing resourcepack loaded by this plugin)
- /ci vanilla-recipes (Menu which you can open to remove existing recipes)
- /ci recipes (Menu where you could see all the recipes created by this plugin ( ONLY VIEW, to edit go to the main menu (/ci menu))
- /ci list ( REMOVED!)

Updated and added Menu's:
Main:
In the main menu you can't open the crafting menu anymore with right click, you could now use /ci recipes (the edit menu is available with left click)

VanillaRecipesRemover:
You could acces this menu via /ci vanilla-recipes, in this menu you could add rules to disable existing crafting recipes (you could name them what you want)
