1.8.4 compatibility

added support for 1.8.4 (clients + servers)
- now using MineSkull with a custom API which has to be downloaded here
  - the API needs a bit of improvement and will be updated to work more efficiently
  - it also includes packages from HtmlUnit (That's why the file is 10MB big)
if you are not on a 1.8.4 server (and you don't have any 1.8.4 players) you can disable the MineSkull usage in the config
