Added bStats, update checker and a fake no permission message.
- Added bStats to the plugin. (https://bstats.org/)
- Added an update checker for the plugin which notifies the user in the console when a new version is available
- Added a fake-no-permission feature which stops a player from executing a blacklisted command and sends him a custom no-permission message (defined in config.yml)
