Spawn Blocks and Oraxen Tools support
- The blocks that ores can replace can now be customized in the config.yml
- Added support for Oraxen Items to be used as a tool for breaking Custom Ores by adding them to the tool list in the config.yml
- Oraxen items that are based on vanilla items will no longer be recognized as tools when they shouldn't be
