Added:
- Config option to fix empty messages being (sometimes) sent when using EssentialsX. (Add ' Empty-Message-Fix: true' to the bottom of the config.)


Changed:
- Remove the 'CenterMessage' config option. Now just put "<center>" at the start of each message to center it.
- Config files are now included in /cjm debug.


Note:
This should be the last update before 16.0.0.
