Fix an issue where the feature cancelEvent doesnt cancel correctly the event with the activator PLAYER_CLICK_ON_ENTITY in a very specific case (dye on entity)
 
 Improve the performances of the plugins (EI - EB).
 especially for the code of:
 - the LOOP activator
 - the management of the custom placeholders
 - the updates of holograms (EB, block titles)
