Fix for 1.16 version, the items have sometimes a problem when player try to use it, normaly its fine now.

ATTENTION I don't know why but in spigot 1.16 most of items work, but not the item who have 9 or + changement of color in their name WEIRDD, i have test on paper server it seems fine.

ATTENTION 2 You need to have different name/lore/material (WITHOUT COLOR) for exec items.
