Hello again!

I hope this is the last time I'll tell you that I fixed the updater. But it should be fixed now and some command bugs should also be fixed now.

The update includes Permission settings, Updater fix, and Minor fixes.

Permission Settings functions as followed. If you press a book with then it will either be enchanted or not enchanted. When it is enchanted then the command/function will only work if the player has the permission or if the player has cropclick.* or in some cases cropclick.click.*.
