+ Faster replacing, we now use the Aho-Corasick algorithm for glyph (emoji) usage searching & replacing
+ Internal changes: support for MCGlyph (formerly MCEmoji) v5, which allows support for multiple usages (for example, <3, :heart:, etc. will be replaced as the heart emoji)
