Sounds, automated error logging and more!

Added Features

• Sounds!! - All machines now have a custom sound. Currently, all machines use the same sound, but we hope in the future to add custom sounds for every machine. The Magnetisation Table also has a new custom sounds when hit with a hammer.
• Sentry (Error Reporting) - We have added sentry, this is a tool which will log errors with Craftory and send them back anonymously. In most cases, this error report will provide more details than a log file and is automatic!!
  
• Add Custom Machine Recipes - All machines can now have custom recipes added to them by you. Ever wanted to add something else to the macerator.
  
• Full Oraxen Items support - All recipes including machine recipes can now have Oraxen Items in, simple use "oraxen-item/itemname" in the recipe config
  
• /cr will now return reporting ID
