- Fixed: /duel stats no longer shows "unknown player" — now correctly loads stats (self or target).
- Fixed: /duel spectate late-join issue causing stuck spectators — added safe post-duel sweep + state restore.
- Changed: /duel spectate now respects command-restrictions.allowed-worlds (enter only; leave always allowed).
