What's Changed:
* Added " status" command for easier viewing of whitelist status (on/off)
* Added protection for using the " clear" command, now to use the command it must be enabled in the config
* Added many languages for messages - English (en), Russian (ru), Ukrainian (uk), Belarusian (be), German (de), Spanish (es), French (fr), Italian (it), Japanese (ja), Korean (ko), Dutch (nl), Portuguese (pt), Swedish (sv), Turkish (tr), Simplified Chinese (zh), Komi (komi) and LOLCAT (lolcat)
