[+] Added the ability to set a title when ringing the bell.
[+] Added the ability to set a message in chat when ringing the bell.
[+] Added the ability to set a message above the hotbar (Actionbar) when ringing the bell.

(!) The file "config.yml" has been changed. It is recommended to delete the old file if you have versions older than the current one and re-edit it.
