As per usual, put any issues on the Citizens bug tracker at https://github.com/CitizensDev/Citizens2/issues
1.11 support was removed due to Spigot filesize limitations
Recent changes:
- added /npc hologram and related settings
- added /npc command sequential
- changed defaults for new pathfinder to improve performance
- bugfixes to gravity and multi-world support
