1.15.2 fixes
PLEASE BACKUP YOUR WORLDS, CITIZENS DATA AND SERVER DATA BEFORE USING THIS UPDATE.
As per usual, put any issues on the Citizens bug tracker at https://github.com/CitizensDev/Citizens2/issues
- Due to a Spigot file size limitation, support for 1.10 is no longer available on Spigot
- Added new /npc command features (--n, --delay, Bungee /server integration)
- Important bugfixes to portals and /npc skin --url
- Fixes for pufferfish, ocelot and snowman NPCs
