Chickens have a chance of laying spawn eggs based on a customizable tier list.V1.1 - Boosted Default Droprate significantly and easier configuration
In response to the negative review in 1.0 we have decided to improve clarity and simplify the user experience.

- Increased default drop rate to 50% so users can see it working.
- Made it so the rates can be changed in a config file.
