Surrender button, sounds, easier commands and fixes
- sounds were added (when moving, winning, loosing)
- added surrender button
- To config plugin now is much much easier because of subcommands and because of tab complete feature.
- Now chunks that contains chess boards will always be loaded and the boards will always respond to player clicks.
