Discord webhooks system. You can now log the following events:
1. Message sent (Grammar mode: ON),
2. Message sent (Grammar mode: OFF),
3. Blacklisted word mentioned,
4. Plugin started/stopped.
- Added /cfreload. With /cfreload you can reload config.yml file without having to use /reload.
- Renamed ChatFormat.configurations permission to ChatFormat.configuration.
