Fixed issue with GSON when starting the plugin
- The placeholder %npc_name% in %npc% was not being translated correctly
- The recording message is now displayed every second (previously it was every tick)
- Now you can use `Left Shift` to select choices (designed for bedrock players)
This version now supports up to `1.21.10`
