Lang: Added Ukrainian and Turkish Localization
Censure: Slightly changed the word censoring algorithm, now it works even better
BugFix:
- Fixed encoding in bad-words.txt file, now it supports UTF-8 encoding.
- Fixed a bug with the local storage type, due to which the players lost all the words from the cenoza after restarting the server
