- New parameter: DefaultEnableCensure - whether user censorship is enabled by default

bugfix:
- Fixed a bug with localization in the menu which caused the menu to not work correctly. To fix it, recreate the localization file or manually add the ToggleMessage parameter
- Fixed a bug which caused all Minecraft default messages to become English for all users, regardless of their localization
