Important change
In config you can now found this phrase > replace_caps_message_to_lower_case: true
What do this settings ?
If value set on true, sended message with caps will be replaced on lowercase message.
If value set on false, sended message with caps will be blocked and not sended into chat.
Please stop your server, delete your old config.yml or config.toml for velocity and upload new version of plugin. Start your server.
