- Added basic developer API
This allows fireworks (shots, effects and sequences) to be triggered by other plugins.

- The Sequence Editor will remember the last open page
- Added 'jump to first' and 'jump to last' page buttons to the sequence editor
- Added a 'Clear Selected' button to the Mortar Selector
- Fixed the sequence editor allowing you to go beyond the maximum page number
