- Fixed issue with Bank not allowing for 'Withdrawl / Deposit' functionality
- Added new 'Exchange' for Emeralds and Diamonds to trade for money
- Added new Emerald & Diamond buyback price to default config for custom price values
- Added final touches to Brewer, Fisher, Hunter, Butcher, Enchanter, Blacksmith jobs
