Now your players can create a own clan and manage this.
The download is over workupload.com, because I can't upload a .rar file. In this .rar file are the BungeeSystem.jar and a ClanTags folder in this folder are the ClanTags.jar for SPIGOT (versions 1.8 - 1.16) who you can display the clantag after the name in the tablist. Please read the READ ME - ClanTags.txt for more informations.
