Now players with the permission bungeesystem.* get a message ingame when an update is available
[+] Enable/Disable OnlineTime-Tracking on Lobby
Now you can enable/disable the onlinetime-tracking on the lobby (works only for server who the servername contains "Lobby" or "Hub")
