Added a way to check the uptime of a bungee proxy.
I was not able to find another way of viewing when the server was last restarted apart from going through logs.
The plugin also announces the final uptime of the server when it is stopped, as shown below
command:
/guptime or /gup to show the uptime of the server
permission:
bungeecord.command.uptime
