v1.6 Update --- Mention, Join and Leave
Change Log:
1. Mention Someone by using `/mention <PlayerName> <Message>` (`/mention` can be replaced by `/men`)
2. Add player join message and leave message. You can change the message template or disable it at `config.yml`.
