A plug-in for communication between Bungee and Spigot.Support sending alert for all players
Add:
- Support sending alert for all players (support utf-8)
- New api onRunAlert(Player player, String command)
- The /bungeechannel <command> command is changed to /bungeechannel command <command> and /bungeechannel alert <message>
- Performance improvement
