A must have alert plugin. (per server alerts, full server alerts actionbar, title, chat and warning)Configuration File!

BungeeAlert now has a configuration file to edit.
Simply download the plugin. Pop it into your FTP and restart the server.
The config.yml should automatically add itself.

That is the default config.yml that is generated.
For now, I currently have no ideas what to add to this plugin.
However, if you do, make sure to suggest it to me! I would love to add something that you suggested.
