If you do the update you will have to regenerate your config.yml or add the changes manually (see below)

• The calculation of the damage received from an EnderPearl was not always correct, the problem is solved
• You can now do /bulpearl to reload the config.yml
• Add permission bulpearl.reload allowing to do /bulpearl reload
