Friends, the first big plugin update is ready - version 3.0.0.

Look what I've added:
1. Checking for updates. It is not very annoying, as in many plugins, but it can be turned off in the config (set false in "update_checker" in the config);
2. Now you can configure which chests players can open. The following options are available: ender_chest, chest, trapped_chest and barrel (this is how it should be in the config:
open_chest_allowed:
- ender_chest: true
- chest: true
- trapped_chest: false
- barrel: true). I'm still testing it, but everything seems to be OK.
3. Disable the "pushing" of trolleys. You can prohibit players from pushing trolleys. Set the "minecart_pushing" option to false so that players cannot push the trolleys. A little later, it will be possible to configure each type of trolleys separately.
4. Now you can prohibit even mobs from breaking the beds. Specify the "entity" item in the "farmland_destroy" item.
5. Permissions. There are quite a few of them, look at the list on the main page of the plugin.
6. The /broce reload command, which will reload the plugin.
7. I'm discontinuing support 1.13. Sorry, it just happened.

I also removed the dependence on the Russian language and changed it to English. This is temporary, I'm planning at least 6 different languages for all my plugins.
