2. Infinite Duration Option:

• Added support for "infinite" duration for non-chat message types.
• Messages with infinite duration will persist until manually removed or server restart.

3. Improved Reload Functionality:

• New '/bzreload' or '/bzr' command to quickly reload the plugin configuration.
• Automatically removes all active announcements upon reload.
