Fixes
- Properly load `custom-model-data`.
- Add missing bisected data allowing stairs to be regenerated properly when upside down.
- Prevent custom blocks being overwriten with original data by @OlivierChiasson.
- Support for 1.21.9, 1.21.10.
- Added support for the harvesting event (sweet, glow berries,..).
- `Blocklist.yml` no longer requires the `Blocks` section. Presets can be specified immediately.
- Replace the default `Blocklist.yml` with a simpler one and a link to the wiki.
