1.18 support and some changes
Changes
- Fixed issue with materials on 1.8 (NoClassDef... org/bukkit/material/Wood)
- Fixed issue with onDisable creating tasks. Thanks to @xiaozhangup.
- Added enchant & flag examples to Blocklist.yml
- Plugin should now reliably support 1.18
- Redone some minor things around logging and the debug command.
