Many optimizations and cleaning

Add a new usage with /arena (tp)
Added /devmode command (temporary, reset at each restart)
Added a description on parameter items.
Added a stats system for players (Wins, Losts, Kills, Deaths, Time Played) with a command: /stats
Added Retro Compatibility of configuration files (the system will recover the old variables to use them in the new file)
Added a message when the player has not chosen a team and the game start
Parameter added in game: "Same loot in the chests"
Possibility to choose the Render Type of the healthiest in the tab
Added auto-completion on the /arena command

Remove world name, bungee cord, settings in config.yml (It is now automatic with spigot.yml and server.properties)

Fixed the ping in the tab that was no longer working
Reduced time needed to set up the arena (it was clearly too long )
Cleaning of the spawn area above the arena
