So Many changes due to version 1.18,
Bug fixes,

Added support 1.13 to 1.18,
Added a dev mode to test the plugin
Added command: /settings

Changed the place for "your-ip" which is now in the config.yml file,
Changed some libraries,
Improvement of the presets system,
The /cancel command works in all GameState except WAITING and FINISH

Removed the ArenaDelay in the config.yml to put it in the in-game menu,
