Block4Block 2.0 patch notes:
- Now is native to Minecraft 1.18
- Tuff now drops on explosion like Granite and Diorite.
- Wet sponges are free to break, while (dry) sponges are claim specific.
- Woods (not logs) can now be used to break Stripped Woods.
- 78 blocks from blacklisted-claim-blocks added to no-loot-on-break.
- Changed wording in message that appears when failing to break a block, that requires a block, from "quick-slots" to "hotbar".

Breaking changes
- The /bed, /ignore and /claimcontest commands now use currentTimeMillis() instead of nanoTime() to track elapsed time, since the latter is not guaranteed to work for that purpose across updates. We highly recommend ending all claim contests and deleting bedcommandusage.yml and ignorelists.yml before updating.
