- Fix the issue when the data player from the database isn't loaded when the player joins the server
- Fix ActionBar is not displayed when the player has no Reward's permission
- Fix the issue that if the player has no Reward's permission, which means null, the console will print an error
- Fix a few small issues
- Remove some debug messages
