- Add BiomePacketEvent
- Add BiomeCreateEvent
- Simplify the biome registration logic
- We should now have better support for other plugins that make custom biomes... I will be looking into more of them to make sure.
- Version-dependent code is minimized, making future updates to newer Minecraft versions even easier.
