Added:
- Permission for higher Enchantments: if set to true, the player needs a permission to use higher enchantments
- Custom Enchanment cap: with this setting, you can set a limit for each individual enchantment

Fixed:
- enabledenchants command now shows better looking names
- Enchantment cap blocking allowed Enchantments
