A new version of Ender Dragon Reimagined bug fixes and optimizations!

Misc
- Config no longer reverts your changes after trying to reload the server. This was a major issue that I can confirm is fixed with this update. This should also stop issues such as Dragon health not scaling properly but if those issues persist I'll address them.
- Config now shows comments (I suggest you delete your config file to let it regenerate)
- Removed Iris of the End as it will have no use
- The Enraged Dragon challenge is no longer activated by wearing a dragon head, instead you must now have the bad omen effect when the dragon spawns. This is to make the challenge more in line with the 1.21 bad omen system.
- Non performance mode particles are now force rendered to make them look better
- New config setting "dragonCanPickUp" (default true). Allows you to toggle the dragon picking up players which has been reported to set off anticheats.

Performance Mode
- A new performance mode setting has been added to the config "
performanceMode" (default false). Lowers particles significantly (ex. 350 to 40). If this isn't substantial enough, I'll add more control over what's disabled with performance mode
